Bill Scott is a founding partner of
Real Estate One in Midland, Texas.
Bill has been a top producing commercial real estate broker for 27 years.
His client list reads like a page from the Fortune 500, including
Exxon, Halliburton, Bank of America, Wells Fargo Bank, and
Wal-Mart.
Bill has been a service to the West
Texas area not only as a broker/owner, but also as a committed
community leader.
Bill's core values are integrity,
respect, teamwork, and leadership. The Permian Basin Board of
Realtors named him "Realtor of the Year" in 2001. He is a past
President of the Permian Basin Board of Realtors and a former Director
of the Texas Association of Realtors.
Bill is deeply involved in community
projects that preserve and restore Midland's past. He is a past
President of "George W. Bush Childhood Home, Inc.", which is
responsible for the restoration, development and perpetual operation
of the president's 1950's childhood home. The Midland
Reporter-Telegram quoted Bill as saying, "The support for the project
has been unbelievable". Bill is also on the Board of
Directors of "Heritage Midland".
As a committed husband and father,
Bill has been married to his wife, Sandy, for 23 years. Sandy is
also a Real Estate Professional. They have two children.
